I will never turn down a frozen treat. Ever. Try me. I found these cereal & milk popsicles and couldn’t resist borrowing the idea. Genius! Though strawberry milk and fruity pebbles are the cutest combo maybe ever, I wanted to adjust the recipe to fit what I typically keep at home.

My favorite cereal is Blueberry Morning, and it’s just now occurring to me as I type that the inclusion of “morning” in the name is very funny. Really milking (omg pun #2. What is happening?) this morning motif. However, I do love morning and I do love Blueberry Morning the most, so here you go.

BLUEBERRY MORNING CEREAL POPSICLE:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 cups Coconut Milk
  • 5 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Cereal
  • 1/5 banana
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs hemp hearts
  • 1/3 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine milk and yogurt.
  2. Smash banana and add to mixture.
  3. Stir in sugar + dry cereal. Cover & let soak in fridge for an hour.
  4. After soaking, add some blueberries to the molds* and then pour in the cream mixture.
  5. Top with extra cereal. ( I included granola as well!)
  6. Freeze for 8 hours.

*The Dollar Store had ideal popsicle molds- much cheaper than other places I looked.

That’s it! Super simple, very versatile, and technically you’re eating breakfast– which we know is the most important meal of the day.

Now accepting suggestions for the next batch!
